An in depth street guide to the Irish city of Dublin. This one starts off with a route-planner showing the main roads leading into the city from the region, then proceeds to an index of the map pages followed by a list of telephone numbers for local travel services. The next page shows and explains road traffic signs. Then comes pages devoted to showing the bus, coach and rail networks. Only now do we get to the 62 maps detailing the city. The maps are clear and comprehensive with all the major and minor roads and streets shown. Notable buildings are named. Bus routes are shown as numbers along the side of the streets. Four maps are shown at a larger scale to show the centre of Dublin. There then follows several pages given over to highlighting the historical and tourist side of the city illustrated with colour photographs. This is followed by a list of embassies and a few pages describing in detail the local bus services and an index showing their routes. After all that we get to a complete index of all the streets and names mentioned in this atlas.
